Our services facilitate introductions for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance, Medicare Solutions, Final Expense Insurance, and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) support. We provide an introductory service only and do not directly provide any of the underlying professional services.

3. Mandatory Legal and Regulatory Disclaimers

To ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Not an Insurance Agency: Apex Solutions Hub is not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, or underwriter. We do not issue insurance policies, determine coverage eligibility, or set insurance premiums.

• No Government Affiliation: Apex Solutions Hub is a private, independent commercial entity. We are absolutely not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Government, the Medicare program, the Social Security Administration, or the Department of Health and Human Services.

• No Guarantees: We make zero guarantees regarding the outcome of any service you seek through our Third Party Providers. We do not guarantee that you will be approved for SSDI benefits, nor do we guarantee that you will receive a specific insurance rate or premium savings.

• We do not endorse, recommend, or independently verify the credentials, licensing, or exact qualifications of every provider in our network at all times.

• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before signing any contracts, purchasing policies, or retaining advocacy services from these third parties.

• Apex Solutions Hub shall not be held liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Third Party Provider, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your engagement with them.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You strictly agree not to:

• Submit any false, fictitious, or highly misleading personal information.

• Use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apex Solutions Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, including any engagements you make with Third Party Providers.

11. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

• Class Action Waiver: You and Apex Solutions Hub agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
